The Dig to Deck Ramp is designed to be used in conjunction with the UTAS (Universal Track Access System) to ensure safe access to and egress from the track bed (Dig). The system is used primarily in plain line and S&C renewal works. Correct use prevents damage to both plant and the end of the rail.
Lightweight Foam RRAPs are designed to provide a hand-portable, fast deployment temporary RRAP enabling on/off/cross tracking for wheeled RRVs up to a maximum of 15 tonnes per axle. This system is suited for use on flat bottom rail with 650mm sleeper spacing (28 per 60ft rail). Not suitable for use on bull head track.
The Track Access Matting System has been designed to ensure safe access to and egress from the track bed (Dig). The system is used primarily in plain line and S&C renewal works. Correct use prevents damage to both plant and the end of the rail. The system is hand portable (4 person lift) and is very quick to install/remove.
TPAs Strail RRAPs are designed for use on projects where the railway needs to remain open to traffic at all times. Industry leading systems from Strail are available to hire and can be utilised over the majority of the network as fitment is non-sleeper dependent.
